Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about our online notarization process

Most notarization sessions take approximately 10-15 minutes. However, more complex documents or multiple documents may require additional time. We recommend scheduling a 30-minute slot to ensure ample time for identity verification and document processing.

You can reschedule your appointment up to 2 hours before your scheduled time directly through the confirmation email you received. For last-minute changes, please contact us directly and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

No software installation is required. We use browser-based video conferencing platforms (BlueNotary, Zoom, or OneNotary) that work directly in your web browser. You'll simply click the link in your appointment confirmation email to join the session.
